  2. How do I place an order?
    To order an item, simply view the item you wish to purchase, select an appropriate size and click on "add to basket" - Follow the instructions shown online to complete your purchase. Please note that we can only accept payments by Credit/Debit card.

    Yes. The first Vandal shop featuring an in-store barbers is located at 231 Bromley Road in Catford, South London.

    We accept most major Credit/Debit cards. We do not however accept American Express.

    We do not offer our items on a wholesale basis.

    If your order has not yet been despatched it is possible to alter your order by emailing us at enquiries@vandalstreetwear.com .

  7. Do I have to pay import charges?
    All Customs and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Vandal Streetwear cannot be held responsible for any additional charges which may be applied on importing your order.

  8. I am not going to be in to sign for my delivery; can it be left in an agreed location?
    We require a signature on receipt for all orders and therefore we can only deliver to an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. Please note we also do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

  10. Will you refund return postage?
    We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of return postage. We recommend that all returned items are sent via recorded delivery.
