All prices indicated on the website are VAT inclusive and where VAT is chargeable, Vandal Streetwear Limited reserves the right to amend its prices to reflect any change in the applicable rate of VAT.

8. Delivery of goods purchased on our website

The goods purchased on our website are usually dispatched within 2 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery (for a UK delivery address).

Whilst we will give you an indication of the likely delivery date, we do not accept any liability arising from late delivery, to the extent permitted by law. However if your goods have not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please feel free to contact us by email at: enquiries@vandalstreetwear.com

9. Returns Procedure

Vandal Streetwear will offer a full refund for any item returned to us in the condition that it was sold to you (ie. unworn and in the original condition) for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to refund postage costs except where goods are deemed to be faulty (If the goods are deemed to be faulty you will not incur return postal charges).
All returns should be sent back in their original packaging and with a copy of the original invoice to the following address: Vandal Streetwear Limited, PO Box 920, Bromley, BR1 9FZ . In addition please ensure that you keep a copy of the proof of posting for all returned items.

Special Delivery:
Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 12.00pm at a cost of £7.75

Europe:
Maximum weight 2kg - £13.50

USA and Canada:
Maximum weight 2kg - £12.50

To track your order please email enquiries@vandalstreetwear.com and we will provide you with the tracking number for your parcel.

12. Complaints

All complaints should be made in writing to our head office at. We will attempt to deal with any complaints within five days of receipt.
